Refund policy

Returns: 

We gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit.  Please return items unused and in the same condition that you received them within 14 days of delivery.  If 14 days have gone by we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

How to return:

To return the item, please mail the product to: Sovella 486 W Cherry St #120 Sunbury, OH 43074  You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.  Please make sure to include your name and/or order number inside the package.

Order Cancellation:

Once you place the order, we are unable to cancel it.  Please check the order before pressing buy.
